call with you before the big day to calculate exactly how many kegs, cartons, or bottles
you need so your party never runs dry. Best of all, we handle the logistics from start to
finish—meaning you don’t need to worry about collecting the alcohol or returning the
leftover stock!
● For B2B, Festivals & Licensed Operators: If you are a commercial business, brewery,
or registered event organizer, we can seamlessly coordinate directly with your wholesale
suppliers. We manage the supplier beverage invoicing, collection, and pre-chilling
through your or our trade networks, operating as a clean logistics and pouring partner for
your licensed activation.
⚠️ A Quick Warning on "All-Inclusive" Packages: When shopping around, clients should be
highly wary of mobile bars offering "all-inclusive alcohol included" packages. Unless an operator
holds a valid commercial liquor license, selling you alcohol as part of a package is strictly
against the law in Western Australia. Many small operators blur this line, but it puts your event,
your venue contract, and your insurance at serious risk. Keeping it BYO keeps your event
completely legal, safe, and significantly cheaper.
Absolutely. Nobody enjoys dealing with strict regulations, and unfortunately, many smaller
operators skip these crucial steps to save a dollar or bypass the paperwork. But at LTT, we don't
cut corners.

● For Private Events & Weddings: To comply with our public liability insurance and strict
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations, the Little Tap Trailer must be operated
by our trained LTT team for all private celebrations. This means you can sit back, relax,
and know your event is fully insured, legal, and running smoothly under the care of
professionals!
● For B2B, Festivals & Commercial Hires: Yes, absolutely. If you are a commercial
business, brewery, or registered event organizer, we offer a specialized dry-hire model.
Provided your business can supply a valid Certificate of Currency for Public Liability
Insurance and your staff hold valid WA RSA certificates, you can hire the trailer as a
blank canvas for your activation, festival, or public market.
Absolutely! Our 12-tap system is completely customizable. We can hook up local craft beers,
cider, ginger beer, wine, kombucha, and even batch-kegged cocktails like Margaritas or
Espresso Martinis. If it fits in a keg, we can pour it ice-cold.
To maintain a flawless, line-free experience, we scale our team based on your guest list and
package type. For a full glassware service, we generally recommend a ratio of 1 staff member
per 50 guests. We will outline the perfect staffing structure directly in your custom quote.
Hosting your event in a remote paddock, a secluded beach, or a rustic property with zero
amenities? Don’t sweat it. We can bring the utilities to you so the ice-cold drinks never stop
flowing.
